Why we started building Honey
Every salon works a little differently. Some people rely on a paper diary. Some already use a booking system. And some combine a calendar, phone, messages, and their own memory.
When we started talking about it with beauty professionals around us, similar situations kept coming up.

— Paper diary
Appointments in the diary. Phone numbers on a mobile. Notes may be on a slip of paper or in messages.
As soon as a client needs to move an appointment, the searching, calling, and rewriting begin. And when the diary is not at hand, the overview of who is coming and when goes with it.

— A system that is too complicated
Some people tried a booking system but found it too complicated. Too many settings, a cluttered interface, and everyday tasks hidden where no one would look for them.
When you have to think about where to click every time, the time saving quickly disappears.

— Bookings and calendar only
Some systems handle online bookings and a calendar. But a salon's work does not end there.
You still need an overview of clients, visits, the team, vouchers, reviews, and open appointments.
What this showed us
They need one simple place for appointments, clients, the team, and everyday salon operations.
A place they can start using without long training and that helps through a busy day.
That is why we are building Honey.
What we believe

Honey must be understandable even for professionals who do not consider themselves technically experienced. Important tasks should be clear the first time they are used.

Honey is not made as a universal system for every industry. We make product decisions around the real work of beauty professionals and salon teams.

Honey takes care of recurring administration and connects the information that matters. The client experience, trust, and professional care are still created by the salon itself.

Honey connects bookings, calendar, clients, team, services, vouchers, reviews, products, and essential reporting. It helps a salon keep the working day organized and important information within reach.
Where we are heading
Honey will recognize a meaningful opportunity.
It will prepare the next step.
The salon will decide whether to use it.
Our long-term vision is to help salons build client relationships and grow more sustainably.
